Vintage Hat Friday

This lovely piece is pure 1960s. The label reads: Miss Dior Created by Christian Dior. The designer, Christian Dior, lived from 1905 – 1957, so this hat was  a line created after his death.The hat may have been created by Mark Bohan, who designed for the brand in the 1960s. This piece shows some sign of wear, however the original tag from The Halle Brothers Company is still attached. No date when it was purchased, but it originally sold for $16. A classic and feminine piece, don’t you think?
